What happens when I place an order?
After placing and confirming your order you will receive a confirmation
email. When the payment is received, the parcel will be send by PostNL.
As soon as the parcel is send you will receive an email with the
track&trace code enabling you to follow the status of your order.
Attention: Within the Netherlands, orders that fit in an envelop have no
track&trace code and will not be send as registered letter.
All orders outside the Netherlands will be send as registered
letter/parcel. This way you will be able to trace your order.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Generally speaking, orders with PostNL take 2 work days to arrive at the destination within The Netherlands. Orders within Europe take 3-5 work days. The rest of the world takes 8- 14 workdays.
Beware that orders can be delayed due to Customs random check. A 1-2 weeks delay is not unusual. This is also the case during Christmas and New Year holidays.
How can I return my order?
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days after receiving. Please send an email of what you want to return and send the product, undamaged and where possible in the original wrapping, back to the return address you have received with your order.
When I receive the parcel I will notify you. The amount of the order excluding the shipment costs and returning costs will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days.
Can I receive more information on a product?
