Orders take 2- 4 days to arrive at the destination within The Netherlands.
Orders within Europe take 3-8 work days. The rest of the world takes 8- 21 days. Beware that orders outside the EU can be delayed due to customs random check. A delay of 2 weeks is not unusual, especially during Holidays.

Your item will be sent in a recycled paper box.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please let me know within 14 days by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you a return label.
The customer is responsible for damaged or lost items during the return shipping, so please pack carefully.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders and Sale items and gift cards can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When I receive the package, and the item is undamaged, I will refund you the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping costs on the original payment method/ bankaccount.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
